Now we have a permanent full-time opportunity for an upbeat, and driven Receptionist to join our team based in Regency Park.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of the company and responsible for all first impressions. You will have a can-do attitude where you will provide general administration support to the team and assist with coordination tasks. There’s never a dull moment in the Australian Outdoor Living team!
About the role:
- Meet and greet customers
- Manage incoming calls
- Event coordination
- Manage office mail
- Processing contracts
- Maintaining stationery and supply levels
- Supporting production teams
- Various general ad-hoc tasks
- Provide administrative support
About you:
- Previous experience working in general reception or administration roles (highly desirable)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Outlook/excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both a verbal and written context
- An ability to work with continually changing tasks and requirements
- A positive upbeat attitude
- The ability to use initiative and work autonomously
