- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
- Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
- The face and voice of the business. Filter all calls through to the appropriate staff member
- Deliver 5-star customer service at all times
- Ensuring office supplies are well stocked, daily banking & mail
- General reception duties & Property Management administration support (will be trained in this)
- Real Estate industry experience preferred but not essential
- Reception experience preferred and/or experience working within a customer service-based role
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanor
- Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
- An interest in real estate, particularly Property Management as a career
