About the opportunity:
Join us as a receptionist and help us grow our team. This full-time role will see you being the first point of contact for all clients within this prestige dealership. We are seeking someone who can provide front of house support, efficient communication with our clients in a professional and friendly manner, whilst enjoying the benefits of varied work and team support.
Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for some occasional Saturday overtime.
In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions, including but not limited to:
- First point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing first class hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner both face-to- face and over the phone.
- Administration duties – including distribution of mail, ordering supplies, service banking and assisting other departments as required.
- Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the dealership.
To be successful in your new role you will have:
- Polished and professional presentation
- A mature and positive "can do attitude"
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong PC skills
- A switched-on person who is good at multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm & measured under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliability an absolute must
- A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
- A willingness for continuous improvement and learning
- Experience in a similar role preferably or within the hospitality industry.
