About the role Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Team Leader in conjunction with the other Centre leaders will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre and will ensure efficient workflow to increase productivity and create a comfortable and a friendly environment for all BMVS customers. Are you a 2IC or new leader looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for We're currently looking for a Reception Team Leader on a permanent full-time basis. Medical centre hours are between 7:30am and 8pm Monday to Friday, as well as 8am – 4:30pm on weekends during peak; so there is an expectation you will be able to work 8 hour shifts as requested across a rotating roster. As a Team Leader your duties will include:The leadership and supervision of all Receptionist/Concierge team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment which aligns with the Bupa Values.Fosters a collaborative, professional and effective environment for the team.Maintain team through recruiting, selecting, inducting, on boarding and training employees.Ensure all team members have the required training and resources available to them.Develop and implement effective rosters for Receptionist, Concierge team members.Maintain the general administration of the Centre, for example the disposal of medical checklist and maintenance of supplies such as stationery and kitchen stock orders. About You Our successful Leaders come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you’ll need: Proven experience in successfully supporting a team, including the management of work allocation processes, performance management, coaching, staff development and career development.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence a diverse range of conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.Ability to operate autonomously to achieve required results.Good time management skills and ability to work within a structured processExceptional customer service focus, capability and delivering results to meet customer expectations.Well developed, written, oral and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise, negotiate and influence stakeholders and team members to achieve outcomes Our Parramatta team are driven and professional, and we really care about the work we do.
