RECEPTIONIST / TILE SALES ASSISTANT / OFFICE ADMIN
We are looking for a friendly & willing to learn candidate to join our family-owned business located in Narangba on the Northside of Brisbane. We are preferably looking for someone with experience in the tiling or building industry, or great reception / admin skills.
Job role would include:
- Quoting / ordering / invoicing tiles to customers & suppliers (full training to be provided)
- Servicing customer with assistance
- Processing customer orders including deliveries
- Entering basic sales orders and invoices into MYOB
- Assisting fellow staff members with admin tasks
- Answering phones
- Working hours in the office: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm
Experience preferred / full training to be provided:
- Basic knowledge or experience in tiles or the building industry
- Basic Outlook/Word/Excel /computer skills
- Basic experience in MYOB or similar accounting software (preferred, not essential)
- Basic social media uploading
- Qualification in Interior design (preferred, not essential) or a passion for home design and interiors
- Pay is negotiable for an experienced candidate
