Receptionist – Full Time
Donlan Lawyers is seeking a Receptionist in our Adelaide office to support our busy firm, specialising in the areas of Wills and Estates and Family Law.
The role would be varied and involve general administration duties including greeting clients, diary maintenance, word processing, data entry into LEAP Legal software, audio typing, electronic and hard copy filing and general office duties.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in administration/Reception work
- Previous experience in a law firm desirable.
- Demonstrated organisational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive and professional attitude.
