About the business and the role
Footmed Foot and Ankle Clinics are a group of Podiatry and Podiatric Surgery clinics in Adelaide and Murray Bridge. We are seeking a permanent part time Receptionist for our Adelaide practice (2-3 days) and our Murray Bridge practice (1 day). We offer a friendly, supportive work environment and believe if our staff are not happy our practice will not be a happy place to be, so staff morale is of the utmost importance. The successful candidate will be able to work unsupervised and will offer support to the Podiatrist and Practice Manager. Flexibility to be able to move between Adelaide and Murray Bridge is required.

Reception
Patient bookings
Accounts
Processing HICAPS and Medicare payments
Assisting Podiatrist
Sterilising
Shoe sales and fittings
Recalls
Debt collecting
General administrative work
Skills and experience
A knowledge of HICAPS and Medicare processing
Experience with Cliniko or the equivalent for patient records and the use of Apple computer systems
Knowledge of CDM/EPC system within Allied Health and the NDIS and an overall understanding of RTWSA will be an advantage.
Current drivers licence required
Police check required
