AddressSMS Mining Services is a privately owned West Australian mining contractor founded in 2000. We have evolved from equipment rental to encompass maintenance and contract mining divisions.
Roster Available: Monday - Friday
Role Located: Welshpool, WA
About the role:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls or take messages when required.
- Monitor various email inboxes and distribute necessary correspondence to appropriate personnel within the business
- Preparation of boardrooms for client meetings to maintain high presentation standard
- Monitor stationary and kitchen stock levels, and raise requisitions for necessary materials as required
- Manage meeting room calendars and schedule meetings as requested by senior management
- Manage all petty cash payments and ensure it balances at the end of each week.
- Booking of flights and/or accomodation when required
- Provide general administrative duties to Finance and other departments, including data entry, scanning of documents, filing and archiving
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude, eager to learn and able to thrive in a busy environment.
- High level of experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Valid Drivers Licence.
