This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long standing, reputable multi-office Real Estate Agency based in the inner suburbs. Ray White Holland Park | Camp Hill leads the way when it comes to providing a professional and enjoyable working environment. As our agency's first point of contact, you will have a fantastic personal presentation and an excellent phone manner. 

You will perform a variety of tasks, such as answering and screening calls, greeting clients and customers and assisting our Sales and Property Management teams with administration support tasks. You will be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills.

A sense of urgency, self-initiative and good time management coupled with accuracy and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this role. 

The role will involve tasks such as:

  • Phone and Email management
  • General front desk duties, such as meet & greet clients and visitors and keeping the office neat and tidy
  • A variety of administration duties
  • Opportunity to learn about and progress to a role within Sales or Property Management teams, if desired
  • Flexible part-time or casual hours on offer during the week plus Saturday roster (9am - 1pm)
