Job Title: Receptionist

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As the first point of contact for 13SICK (powered by DR2), you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include following up on outstanding documents, liaising with doctors, answering phone calls, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff members and teams.
- Maintain records and update information as needed.
- Assist patients, clinics and doctors with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents.
- Adhere to all third-party medical centre policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer facing roles.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records software. (knowledge of Hubspot preferred but not essential.)
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
