We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated member who enjoys organisation, thrives in a team environment and has high attention to detail.
Located in Wollongong, you will be a part of a dynamic and friendly team. Providing quality administration assistance and support to staff to our busy Service Department.
Main responsibilities of the role include:-
- Dealing with customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Booking in guests for their vehicle servicing
- Creating, issuing and following up on customer orders and invoices
- Accurate record keeping and filing
- Data Entry
- Answering / transferring phone calls & visitors to appropriate staff
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
- Experience in an Administration / Support is an advantage
- High focus on customer service
- Ability to handle a busy switchboard in a fast paced environment
- Current Drivers Licence is essential to complete day to day errands
