An opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join our Residential Team.
About You
We are looking for an aspiring, enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team based in South Perth. The ideal candidate will have a happy disposition a ’can do’ attitude with a willingness to learn, develop & grow within our residential team.
You will possess ambitions in customer service, communication and administrative skills. A level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial.
This role would suit someone looking for part time employment, with potential for growth to full time for the correct candidate, flexible arrangements possible also.
Your duties will include -
- Critical data entry in our online automated system.
- General emailing, monitoring & responses.
- Assisting in supplier & contractor purchase & work orders.
- Processing supplier & contractor invoices
- Working with our operations manager & administrators to enable a smooth customer journey for our homeowners.
