NEW ROLE LISTED! Superb opportunity for a candidate with scheduling experience to join a busy construction and renovation company.
Based in a small, cohesive administration team you will be providing support to a large number of trades who work across the business (electrical, plumbing, construction and roofing).
The focus on the role will be taking calls and attending to emails in relation to scheduling quotes and maintenance requests.
You must be customer focus driven and strive to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. This can be a very busy role and you will need to have a calm under pressure personality!
Approximately 60% of the role is scheduling and this is something you must enjoy. The remaining aspects of the role include data entry of invoices from suppliers, assisting with the upkeep of licence compliance and insurances, assisting with social media support as well as any general administrative tasks. Long term, there is plenty of room for growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will need to meet the following:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be available on a full time, permanent basis
- Previous scheduling experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer savvy, and be able to pick up new systems quickly (experience with ServiceM8 and Xero is highly beneficial)
- Team player – happy to pitch in wherever needed
This is a truly delightful firm to join who are very supportive of their staff. They are social and have regular social functions together as well as a team lunch every Wednesday.
Office hours are 8am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch (8 hour days). The successful candidate must be able to commit to these hours. Offices are located in Osborne Park.
