A little about the role:
You will provide support to our high performing administration team by completing daily scheduled tasks to meet business demands. We need you to be a learner, team player and have an excellent can-do attitude.
Duties you will be responsible for:
- Be Aussie Locums’ ‘Director of First Impressions’
- Manage the flow of calls through the switchboard and direct enquiries as necessary.
- Ensure the upkeep of all common areas in a clean and presentable manner.
- Ordering all the essentials for the office.
- Provide administration support to the team.
- Working closely with the administration team, recruitment team and management team.
- Social media content creation and scheduling, using canva and planable.
- Scheduled daily & weekly administrative tasks to assist the administration team. These tasks will grow with your knowledge and confidence.
- Supported learning environment: We encourage you to complete training courses to assist in your professional development and contribute to the efficiency of the team.
