We are a multi-faced based business located in Mooloolaba seeking a reliable, self-motivated, well-presented person to work up to 20hrs a week on a casual basis, the candidate must be available every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and one other weekday per week when needed, some public holidays, plus have the flexibility for other weekday and annual leave relief. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for providing office support and customer service assistance and be the “face of the business” by managing the front desk. This is a varied role that requires someone who is comfortable to multi-task and able to work autonomously.
Job Description
- Complete check-in-check out process for all guests
- Oversee daily House Keeping
- Process new bookings via phone/email
- Respond to all email and phone enquires in a timely manner
- Attend to all incoming maintenance requests and customer feedback
- General data entry and office admin assistance
- Greet visitors and handle tenant, contractor, and customer complaints and enquiries with a warm and friendly manner and record and communicate information received.
- Assisting the Marina Manager with check-ins and check-outs.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience with a high call volume reception
- Able to work well both within a team and independently
- A friendly and engaging personality
- Highly efficient computer skills and degree of accuracy
- High attention to detail
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday from 9.00am to 4.00pm
- Work effectively in a busy multi-task working environment
- Well-presented and organised
