Receptionist/Administrator

Who are we:

You may have heard of us – Ashley and Martin (that’s right, the hair people). We have been around for almost 60 years supporting our customers on their hair regrowth journey and we are pretty excellent at what we do! We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide and the results our products achieve. We have a talented group of individuals we get to call our team and with clinics across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore, our internal support network reaches far and wide.

We are looking for experienced individuals who loves customer service and is willing to learn new skills. We have full on-the-job training ready to prepare you for your role with us, just bring your prior administration and customer service experience with you. 

We have multiple positions available, whether you are looking for part time or full time, one day a week or five days a week, we are happy to work with you.

Hours available will be within the clinic trading hours: 

Monday 9.30am - 7pm

Tuesday 9.30am - 6pm

Wednesday 9.30am - 6pm

Thursday 9.30am - 7pm

Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm

Saturday shifts and cover or training in our other NSW clinics may be available on an ad hoc basis.
