Receptionist/Client and Sales Administration

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated person to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
You will need to be details-orientated but also able to sell the benefits of moving with Ashtons Removals to our clients. The purpose of the position is to accurately, as well as professionally, handle numerous telephone sales enquiries and provide assistance to the whole Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients from all walks of life.
- Preparing quotations for clients and following them up.
- Appointment setting for Removal Consultants who do the onsite inspections.
- Ensuring the day-to-day sales tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in sales.
- An understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Be prepared to develop sales skills relevant to our industry.
- Strong customer service ethos and great attention to detail.
- Have great attention to detail and be able to transpose data accurately.
