Qualifications & experience
- 5 - 10 years experience in Payroll Processing Vic Snr level 5 years Snr Bookkeeping
- Degree in Accounting
- CPA IPA Preferred but not essential
- Xero Payroll 5 years
- Management and Administration report writing essential showing initiative pro-active solutions recommendations
- Excel Word Microsoft Teams skills to be advanced level
Tasks & responsibilities
- Xero Payroll Officer to look after and process small clients payroll from various industries.
- Small Client Monthly Payruns one person Directors, calculations AL SL
- Xero Setup of new employees and all shifts automating helping clients
- SGC Reconciliations on excel year to date, lodgement super quarterly
- Defining tax deductible non tax deductible Superannuation
- Reconciliations of wages salaries and super to profit & loss
- Preparation of payment slips and payrun files following up of timesheets
- Review of intepretation of different awards per client
- Ensuring up to date letters of employment and staff performance files
- If spare hours we also have bookkeeping works hrs
