Your Responsibilities:
— Maintain up-to-date schedules for therapists and clinic hours.
— Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
— Coordinate clinic communications effectively, including handling emails and letters.
— Adhere to all clinic procedures and policies.
— Ensure clinic and treatment rooms are well-stocked and tidy.
— Handle various payment types and issue client invoices.
— Understand Medicare and NDIS frameworks.
— Keep patient records accurate and current.
— Assist in coordinating staff schedules and responsibilities.
