Position Overview
As Practice Manager, you will combine your exceptional patient centric skill with your people leadership. As Practice Manager/Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our cosmetic clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience and exceptional patient care
- Lead operational process across the clinic
- Support team of Doctors, Nurses, Dermal and Skin Laser Therapists and Receptionists
- Monitor sales and motivate a team to achieve set targets
- Stock and inventory management
- Rostering and people leadership
- Retail product sales
About You:
- Proven experience in the cosmetic medicine industry or as medical receptionist is advantageous and will be held in high regard
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanour when interacting with patients.
- Ability to build an excellent team environment whilst upholding the Contour Clinics culture
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Retail sales
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Focused on customer service
