We are seeking to employ an experienced legal receptionist.
The role is well suited to a proactive, self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day operations and delivering continuous improvement to the firm’s culture, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
About the role:
In this role, you will join a high-performing team. The role is varied and will include:
- Phone Reception
- Greeting clients
- Field new business enquiries and allocate appropriately
- Appointment Management
- Firm phone management
- Photocopying and scanning
- Receiving emails and distributing them to appropriate staff
- Ensure that the legal office is clean and tidy at all times
- Taking credit card payments
- Organise staff activities
- Lawyer CPD tracking
About you:
Our ideal candidate will provide professional service, build strong relationships, and commit to excellence.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- has 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- has exceptional time management, communication and interpersonal skills;
- has an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
