With our reputation for excellence and established expertise in WA, we have experienced consistent year on year growth and are now looking for a highly motivated individual to support our team in delivering a full range of Facilities Management services to our internal and external clients.
In this role some of the key accountabilities are:
- Managing the facilities management function of the Sterling Property portfolio.
- Managing, leading, and developing the Facilities Management team to achieve operational and delivery excellence and compliance across the portfolio, through the implementation of standardised systems and procedures, regardless of the asset.
- Supporting the Head of Asset Services to deliver a full range of Property Management and Facilities Management services to our internal and external clients.
- Assisting the Head of Asset Services with overseeing the OH&S function and its operation, via risk management strategies across the portfolio.
Essential
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within maintenance operations and or FM operations.
- A proven ability to achieve set targets and exceed targets.
- Current driver’s license and able to provide your own comprehensively insured motor vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, tenants, contractors and supplies.
- Possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to handle a portfolio of assets manage and lead a team.
- Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of relevant computer system Cirrus 8 FM
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Qualification in Building and Construction or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
