We are seeking a Full-Time valuable team member to join our amazing and growing team at Barry Plant Lilydale. You will play a very important role in supporting our sales team. Your duties will be focused on all the back-end support to ensure both pre-care & post-care services are met for all our vendors and purchasers along with all the administrative duties associated with the role:-
- New listing file management
- Booking & liaising with photographers/floorplans/Boards and all print media etc
- Producing marketing schedules for the sales team
- Coordinating all aspects of the campaign advertising
- Uploading properties to internet portals
- Compliance (Due diligence checklists, SOI’s etc)
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to appropriate personnel
- Sold file management
- Liaising with Solicitors/Conveyancers
- Administration letters to vendors & purchasers
- Follow up of deposits due etc
- Preparation of upcoming settlements
- Administration experience essential
- Experience with Agent box advantageous
- Excellent administration & organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in the real estate industry in a similar role will be advantageous
- Flexible salary package on offer depending on experience
