What we offer
You will be joining a growing admin team, in an office of 60 people, supporting over 20 construction sites. You will be gradually trained as you gain proficiency, with a supportive team always happy to assist. We have a close knit company culture, with regular staff events and strong staff retention rates. What we are looking for
We are looking for a reliable team member with a friendly face and warm personality. All of the tasks can be trained, just requires computer literacy, good communication skills, previous administrative experience, work ethic and willingness to learn. No construction experience necessary. It's all about the perfect fit.
The role
Varied responsibilities ranging from office maintenance to project administration assistance to event coordination. Reports to Office Manager.
Responsibilities involve:
- Front of House: Visitor greeting, phone answering and query redirection.
- Office maintenance: Kitchen maintenance, ordering office essentials, coordinating office suppliers, uniform management
- Accounts assistance: General creditor calls, data entry, statement reconciliation, payment assistance
- Ad hoc admin: Assisting project teams, marketing and directors when needed
Hours are 8.30am-5pm, full time.
