Circonomy began in 2013 to raise money for a cause. With over 55,000 Charities and NFPs in Australia, the idea began to solve donor fatigue. Our founder Yas Grigaliunas asked herself – “how do I raise money without asking people for money?” You can read about our incredible origins here. That vision created a movement, establishing the World's Biggest Garage Sale – now known as Circonomy, reshaping organisational and individual attitudes and actions through circular economy solutions.

We renew, repair, repurpose and ultimately, recommerce products that still have plenty of life and are often new (or almost new!), finding new homes and uses in homes and businesses across Australia.
What we are looking for
Reporting to the Recommerce Coordinator in our Brisbane circular outlet, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to provide affordable, high-quality, and sustainable products to our customers while being a positive ambassador for the mission and impact we are creating through the work we do.
As a Recommerce Team Member in Receiving and Dispatch, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods, taking responsibility for ensuring that all products are received, processed, and prepared for sale, and then dispatched to customers on order.
We believe that every touch point is an opportunity to show customers how much we love what we do and care a lot (which is one of our values!). By ensuring accurate and timely handling of every shipment in and out, we guarantee that our customers receive their products quickly and in the condition they expected, turning efficiency into exceptional service.
Each day your efforts in receiving and dispatch will directly contribute to making sustainable products accessible to our customers, transforming their shopping experience and fostering a healthier planet.
Who you are
You are a hard-working, organised, and motivated self-starter. You may have reached a point where you want to have impact through the work you do, so are keen and ready to join a team that works at pace to create better outcomes!
Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, you understand the importance of timely and accurate inventory processing and order fulfillment. You always strive to ensure every product is handled with care and precision, building trust and loyalty.
Adaptable: You embraces change and demonstrate flexibility in a team that is growing at pace, easily adapting to new challenges and responsibilities. You value teamwork and thrive in a supportive, inclusive workplace where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. A great environment for you is one where no two days are the same.
Safety-Conscious: You prioritise a safety-first culture by following all OH&S processes and maintaining relevant safety certifications, including a forklift license.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using inventory management software such Excel, Cin 7, and Shopify. Even if you haven’t used these exact systems, you may have been used similar platforms.
