- Base Salary $95K + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Archives and Record Management team is looking for a self-driven Records Officer (Quality Assurance) to join their high performing team. This is an exciting role that will enable you to use your organisational skills to support the delivery of projects and solutions. You will be using your solid understanding of recordkeeping and information management as well as commitment to professional innovation and growth. You will provide project resources to assist with the transition from solutions being built and going live to their ongoing operational support.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support both the Project team and the Operations team with ensuring a smooth transition and handover from solutions being built to going live
- Monitor the performance of solutions once live and coordinate support to fix any known issues with he project teams
- Conduct analysis and collect data to ensure the the solutions are meeting expectations and performing as supposed to
- Contact end users to survey how they are finding the service
- Review applications and documents to ensure operations team have enough information and training on the solutions to properly implement and troubleshoot any issues
About you
- Has tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Prior experience within a similar role, supporting information management systems
- Has prior experience using and a solid understanding of TRIM (Content Manager) and Workflow or similar systems
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong analytical and documentation skills.
