You'll be responsible for
Recovering debt from third parties for not-at-fault motor claims via phone and email
Delivering a positive customer experience while negotiating debt recovery options
Investigating claims and gathering evidence to determine liability
Adhering to laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance
Engaging with third parties in an empathetic and respectful manner
About you
Experience in motor claims or debt recovery would be highly desirable
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
