Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a professional and motivated person to be part of its Darling Downs team.
About the Role
This is a full time position working in a community-based model of service, providing recovery-oriented psychosocial support tailored to peoples individual needs, in a transitional recovery service, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You will work with people who have come straight from an acute inpatient mental health ward, or those in the community who have been at risk of an admission, to avoid prolonged, or further hospital admissions.

- Degree or Diploma or Certificate in a human service related field and/or demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
- Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
- A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
- Undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (QLD)
