The Role:
Join the dynamic team at Gawler Sport and Community Centre! As a Skate-Inspired Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrate excellent skating abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.
Providing support services to the centre and patrons under the guidance of the Duty Supervisor.
Ensuring the safety of patrons and responding to first aid situations.
Delivering a safe and enjoyable skating experience to program users.
Assisting in organising and catering for skating birthday parties.
Effective communication with centre and program users to ensure positive outcomes.
Promoting the Town of Gawler and its Aquatic and Recreation Services and Programs.
Delivering key responsibilities with guidance from your Duty Supervisor and complying with Council policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
Qualifications you will need:
Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check
Skating Experience (preferable but not essential)
Child Safe Environments/Mandated Notifier (or willing to get one)
Recent customer service experience is a must!
