With a start in the Gold Coast in 2014 Omni Recruit has consistently expanded over the last 9 years. Currently with offices in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
We are now on the hunt for our next recruiter to work alongside our Springwood based team. This is a permanent, full time role.

What are we looking for?
Like most businesses we are looking for the normal things; work ethic, positive attitude, communication skills. There are a few specific skill sets however that are worth emphasising:
- Professional communication skills. You will be dealing directly with our internal team but also a range of national and multinational clients. We expect your written and verbal communication skills to be top-notch.
- The ability to fit into a relaxed team environment. We take our work seriously but certainly not ourselves.
- An eagerness to learn. While our training and development is good we will not be “spoon feeding.” This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to put in the effort.
- Someone who enjoys all aspects of the recruitment process, from crafting job ads through to building and managing client relationships. The majority of our recruitment is focused on the blue colar industries.
