Job Description
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a collaborative and supportive team of Talent Acquisition Consultants, your primary responsibilities are focused on the delivery and provision of timely and accurate administrative and customer service support to hiring managers, candidates and new starters. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with the provision of customer service at the forefront of everything you do.
You will make an impact by:
- Preparing and promptly issuing accurate and timely new employment contracts and ensuring all new starter onboarding information is completed and entered efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
- Supporting the administration management for visa nominations/ sponsorship.
- Processing pre-employment screening checks in accordance with Epworth HealthCare employment policies and protocols and any audit requirements.
- Ensuring consistent and regular communication with key internal stakeholders to foster excellent relationships.
- Working collaboratively and constructively in the team.
- Handling situations sensitively and professionally, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience within a recruitment or HR environment.
- Ability to meet set timeframes in a fast paced and high-volume administrative role.
- Passionate about providing exceptional candidate care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – confident with learning new software.
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Maintain stakeholder confidentiality and protect operations by ensuring sensitive information is kept secure.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and ‘service with a smile’ approach.
- Exposure to e-recruitment software and Human Resource Information Systems. (Desirable)
