Renron Australia is a Steel Fabrication and Welding company established in 2017 supplying and installing fabricated steel to the construction and infrastructure industries. We are committed to providing clients with a quality steel products and services.
Based On-Site in Truganina you will be tasked with assisting the On-Site leadership team with administrative duties and office assistance with a view to return to the main office between projects to further develop skills within the company.
We are seeking a confident, organised, enthusiastic, motivated, patient at times person who has a keen eye for detail. This position is a full-time position with fortnightly (Monday) RDO structure.
This person must be able to thrive in what can sometimes be a busy office environment, with a problem-solving attitude, while approaching challenges proactively.
Renron are looking for a team player who will fit in with our growing management team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a male dominated environment, flexible, organized, computer savvy, with an eye for detail and who works well in a team and autonomous environment.
Previous administration experience, production admin or construction admin experience is an advantage however not essential for the right attitude. The successful applicant must be a quick-thinking adaptive person who will is eager and willing to learn and grow into the company.
Selection Criteria:
Punctual and available for regular attendance.
Admin experience (ideally data entry, filing desirable)
Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Initiative-taking with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Able to show diligence with grammar, both written and oral.
Possess a good phone manner when speaking to clients.
Willingness to learn a new industry (Steel Fabrication and Construction site install)

Administration duties will include:
Keeping records of site related accounts paperwork.
Ordering and procuring site materials
Data entry of site information into the internal system.
Servicing site client site management system under direction from Renron staff.
