Recruitment Adviser

Goldstar Transport is an established provider of Transport and Logistics solutions to a broad spectrum of industries, including FMCG, steel and mining in Western Australia. Our key focus is on providing a safe and efficient service to our customers and we require good people with similar values to support our current growth.

As a result of our significant growth, Goldstar Transport is currently seeking to appoint a  Recruitment Adviser on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this is a challenging and rewarding role who's prime focus will be on blue collar recruitment.

The position will be responsible for the following:

• Advertising and managing specific talent pools
• Managing an end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactively contacting potential candidates
• Engaging with line managers on recruitment needs
• Reporting on the recruitment pipeline
• Developing and implementing recruitment initiatives and projects
• Supporting and being involved in the wider People & Culture function

Essential requirements:

• 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably blue collar
• An understanding of the transport industry
• A demonstrated ability to manage a recruitment pipeline
• A high level of initiative and analytical skills
• Highly organised with exceptional administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to apply innovative recruitment strategies
