As a result of our significant growth, Goldstar Transport is currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Adviser on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this is a challenging and rewarding role who's prime focus will be on “blue collar” recruitment.
The position will be responsible for the following:
- Advertising and managing specific talent pools
- Managing an end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively contacting potential candidates
- Providing support to line managers on their recruitment needs
- Reporting on the recruitment pipeline
- Developing and implementing recruitment initiatives and projects
- Supporting and being involved in the wider People & Culture function
- Increasing the profile of Goldstar on social media platforms
- Introducing innovative attraction strategies
Essential requirements:
- 5+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in a “blue collar” environment
- An understanding of the transport industry
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment activities
- A high level of initiative and analytical skills
- Highly organised with exceptional administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to apply innovative recruitment strategies
