You will be joining our team in Luscombe (near Yatala), reporting to the Human Resources Manager. You will play a crucial role in partnering with the business leaders to deliver best practice recruitment processes to ensure the hiring of quality candidates.

What You Will Do
Being a highly motived, friendly professional, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for supporting implementation of organisation workforce plans, and delivery of HR and Recruitment project initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities. You will be comfortable working as part of a HR team and willing to help others.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Liasing with Managers to understand / clarify recruitment requirements in line with workforce plans and project timelines.
- Utilise your expertise in sourcing and headhunting to identify top talent for different business units.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding.
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates and customers
What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running you will bring:
- Substantial experience in a similar Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Recruitment.
- Previous exposure to recruitment in the Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded)
- A great sense of humour coupled with a strong work ethic to get the job done.
- Adaptable to and embraces change; can pivot workload and priorities.
- Ability to work across multiple timezones.
