The situation:
This position has the potential to be your next step into a top mining company. As part of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and recruiters and gain exposure to various aspects of the mining industry. 

This is a 3-6 month contract. 

Responsibilities:
  

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for our company culture and values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs.

Requirements:
  

• Mining recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
