In this role, your key responsibilities include the coordination and management of TMR's Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and licensed training programs, conducting audits to verify compliance with training strategies, leading working groups to enhance training resources, and managing projects geared towards improving road safety. To succeed in this rewarding position, you should exhibit strong interpersonal skills required for engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, interpret policies and legislation with a critical eye, and demonstrate an adaptive and innovative mindset for continuous improvement.
