Central Highlands Regional Council has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People and Culture team in Emerald. We are looking for a proactive and experienced recruiter to join our friendly and collaborative team who are responsible for end-to-end recruitment of a diverse range of positions across council.
As Recruitment Advisor you will be a trusted business partner to a wide range of Hiring Managers across council, working closely with them to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice and guidance through the recruitment process.

- Undertake end to end recruitment campaigns appropriate for a wide range of positions
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house environment
- A high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to consult with all levels of staff
- Advanced computer skills with an ability to proactively source candidates across blue collar, technical and professional industry sectors
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills to juggle competing deadlines
- Minimum of a Queensland class C provisional drivers licence.
