About the Role:
WorkPac is recruiting for experienced Recruitment Advisors, Recruitment Administrators, and Mobilisation Administrators for a client based in Kwinana. The positions offer a Monday to Friday roster with a 40-hour workweek. The roles are initially for 6 to 12 months with potential for extension.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment Advisor – ( Blue collar and White Collar)
Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Interview coordination, candidate management, onboarding support, market research
Recruitment Administrator:
Job Posting and Advertisement, Candidate screening, Interview scheduling, document and record management, reference checking, onboarding support, recruitment reporting, compliance monitoring.
Mobilisation Administrator:
Document Management, Onboarding support, Logistics coordination, database management, admin support
Skills & Experience Required:
Recruitment Advisor – White and Blue collar:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on white-collar positions within professional services, corporate environments, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of white-collar talent markets, including knowledge of relevant industries, job functions, and skill requirements.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar positions within manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar talent markets, including knowledge of relevant industries, job functions, and skill requirements.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment Administrator and Mobilisation Coordinator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
