Recruitment Advisors & Administrators

Our client is one of the largest multi-disciplined companies with a specialisation in the mining, defence, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors. Due to the immediate kick off of a large Mining project, they are looking to bolster their recruitment team to service the project. 
  
Positions Available:

Recruitment Advisor Roles:

• Recruitment Advisor - Blue Collar (Recruiting Fitters, Boilermakers, Riggers, Trade assistants etc.)
• Recruitment Advisor - White Collar (Recruiting HSE, Site Supervisor, Project Managers, Engineers etc.)

Recruitment Support Roles:

• Recruitment Administrator (assisting with collation of tickets, booking medicals, inductions etc.)
• Mobilisation Administrator (onboarding, obtaining site access and requesting flights)

Requirements:
To be considered for these roles, you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience working within a similar position and industry (Iron Ore Mining preferred), ideally within large projects involving high-volume recruitment. You must have high levels of interpersonal skills along with professional written correspondence skills and will be able to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
