An astute recruitment professional you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, empowering organisations to grow with global talent, and providing professional candidates to meet their workforce requirements. You will have an innate hunger to provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, be personable and commercially minded.

- Candidate management – work with your dedicated Talent Consultants to identify and present candidates
- Lead service delivery for a portfolio of client organisations
- Adopt a consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring win/win outcomes
- Manage enquiries and client communications according to agreed service levels
- Learn about Australian work visas and occupational registration requirements
- Work within our well-documented and best-practice recruitment process
- Project-manage candidates until the commencement of work, liaising with immigration and relocation teams
- Visiting client sites to build a solid knowledge of their business and workforce forecasts
- Creating account management plans

- Demonstrated success working as a local Recruitment Business Partner/Account Manager with industry experience within Aged Care, Health Care or Allied Health highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge in recruitment
- Demonstrated background in customer-focused experiences (including agencies or staffing environments)
- Willingness to contribute to technology, product development, and business transformation initiatives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with business stakeholders
- Willingness to work flexibly with an international team across different time zones
