HGM are seeking a 180 Blue CollarRecruitment Consultant to coordinate end to end recruitment and join our growing recruitment team.

Position Requirements:
- Sourcing and onboarding Skilled and Unskilled Blue Collar tradespeople specialising in Mobile Maintenance (Heavy Mobile Equipment).
- Advertise via various platforms, including Seek, Linkedin and various social media platforms.
- Supporting the Leadership Team to achieve desired recruitment targets.
- Proactively identify and interview quality candidates via various platforms. Cold calling may be required.
- Manage candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Mobilise candidates to various clients, following site specific procedures.
- Client Liaison and identification of new business opportunities.
- Maintenance and Management of Employee Database.
- Candidate aftercare and management.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in Blue Collar recruitment, with the ability to identify, engage and retain Blue Collar trades with a focus on heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
- Technically competent or willing to learn about MEM equipment and trades.
- Mobile Maintenance Industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive and engaging personality with a willingness to work autonomously.
- Experience in mobilisation, including booking flights, accommodation, medicals and training/inductions.
- Proven ability to use initiative, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive approach with a great sense of humour.
Desirable
- Experience using FastTrack 360 & Seek Talent Search.
- Solid understanding of Recruitment, Mobilisation and Employee Aftercare/Management.
