 Responsibilities: 

• Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Manage the full 360 Degree recruitment process, from sourcing clients and roles to placing candidates, managing the offer process and onboarding. 
• Superior experience in calculating employee rates based on relevant Award and legislation
• Search to identify and attract suitable candidates using a variety of sources from our in-house database, social media and advertising on job boards
• Build long-lasting client relationships with a variety of companies and industries
• Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver bespoke  recruitment solutions
• Stay up to date with changes in the labour market, HSEQ and industry in general

 Skills and Attributes Required:

• Self driven, vibrant, passionate about recruitment and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to negotiate 
• An ability to build and nurture both client and candidate relationships
• An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
• A valid drivers license
