Job Summary
Xinwei Dimsim is offering an entrepreneurial General Manager leadership role to guide this well-established, privately owned, innovative food processing business. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic, tactical and organisational plans to increase sales, improve market share and drive profitable growth.
The General Manager will report to the company director and oversee all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, team leadership and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing and growing businesses, strong financial skills and a strategic mindset.

The Person
To be successful in this senior leadership position, you will possess the following experience, skills and key attributes:
- The ability to develop and successfully implement strategic revenue and profit growth plans
- A strong sales and marketing background with a focus on driving success via social media/marketing campaigns and strategies
- Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to devise and maintain critical KPIs to measure results and define overall business performance
- Proven senior leadership experience managing an enterprise
- A natural people leader with experience managing broad teams and the ability to relate to team members at all levels
- Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly developed influencing, coaching and negotiating skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and gain the confidence and support of stakeholders
- The ability to demonstrate a strategic perspective and link organisational objectives to tangible activities, projects and outcomes
