Meka Recruitment is a fast-growing recruitment agency that is on the lookout for an experienced. As we are growing, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is part time with a view to full time for the right person.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with clients to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the role that you are recruiting for, the company culture and benefits of joining the client's team.
- Posting job ads on all the job boards and social media platforms
- Screen candidates via the phone and interview to ensure that they meet the client's requested skill set and company culture.
- Arrange interviews with clients and candidates at a time that suits the clients and candidates
- Follow up on all interviews that, gain feedback and ensure that you have all the start details and/or follow up the letter of offer
- Reference checks all the candidates to provide to clients
- Reverse market candidates to prospective clients and arrange meeting times for the BDM to meet prospective clients
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in recruitment, would be an advantage if you have experience in the construcion sector
- A can-do attitude and able to find solutions
- Experience in sales is an advantage as there is a large part of sales
- Able to identify opportunities with prospective clients
- Reliable and thrive on exceeding sales targets
