- Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates
- Working closely to recruit educators for clients in the Early Childhood space
- Sourcing strategies to attract and engage with excellent educators
- Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
- Coordinate the compliance and on-boarding of new starters
- Build relationships with existing clients
- Grow and build a childhood education desk in the permanent space
- At least 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience
- 1 + years of sales experience
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone self motivated and drive to grow and build a desk
- Have a desire to progress a career within recruitment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
