Recruitment Consultant

Join the team as a Recruitment Consultant with one of Australia’s leading education recruitment agencies that operates globally. You will be recruiting across the early childhood space.

• Monday - Friday: 38 hours per week - flexible start and finish times

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates 
• Working closely to recruit educators for clients in the Early Childhood space
• Sourcing strategies to attract and engage with excellent educators
• Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
• Coordinate the compliance and on-boarding of new starters
• Build relationships with existing clients
• Grow and build a childhood education desk in the permanent space

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• At least 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience
• 1 + years of sales experience
• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone self motivated and drive to grow and build a desk
• Have a desire to progress a career within recruitment 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
