Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our dynamic Nursing Agency to work closely with our dedicated Nurses and Midwives to find them their desired roles.
This role works within our Recruitment Team to provide our Nurses and Midwives with exceptional recruitment, placement, support and ongoing relationships management, whilst taking into account our core market and prevailing market conditions.
There is a requirement for the successful applicant to demonstrate:
- An outgoing, positive, and flexible personality.
- High level communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Recruitment or Nursing experience desirable.
- Solid IT skills.
- The willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check if required.
