The role - Recruitment Consultant
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle (temp or perm) for open vacancies with the primary objective of sourcing customers quality talent for a designated portfolio. You will work closely with new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their hiring need, conducting business development activities for new and existing customers.
Key duties will include:
- Identifying potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in networking events and conferences;
- Attending Customer onsite meetings, as required, to develop customer relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery;
- Developing and implementing account management plans;
- Analysing the requirements of a job, attracting candidates by using sources such as the Recruitment Manager database and social media, and screen and select applicants and
- Sourcing, attractting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions.
This is a SALES based role and will be great for someone with previous sales experience who is confident in speaking with and building relationships.
You will have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience, ideally in a Sales based, customer service focused role;
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines;
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A professional and ethical manner;
- Comfortable with Outlook and Microsoft Suite and
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and give it a go!
