Portfolio Manager who can lead the PMO function for a complex portfolio of business led projects in accordance with the Department's Project Management Framework, business goals and objects, controlling governance arrangements, in consultation with business and ICT.
Responsibilities:- Oversees the logistical aspects for all Program Boards
- Assures final QA of all program Board materials and where incomplete or not to the desired standard escalates with proposed resolution.
- Ensures all materials are provided to all program board members by required SLAs
- Tracks status of actions end escalates unresolved items with the chair 24 – 48 hour before the Boards
