About you
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development to join our team in Seven Hills. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for recruitment, an ability for identifying and attracting top talent, and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities.
Here's what we're looking for:
- A passion for sales and a knack for building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, particularly within the blue-collar sector.
- Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role.
- Ambition to grow and progress your career within a supportive environment.
- A solution-oriented mindset, always striving to deliver the best outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
- A Facility and commercial trades background will be highly regarded
- An Australian Drivers License

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in business development activities, including lead generation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Sourcing, Screening and conducting thorough interviews.
- Handling end to end recruitment processes
- Effective database management
